Time for update starting from last Thursday 15/5/08, I went to Shangri La for interview... Ok.. i got selected ... the person told me I am the first one to get selected cos I got WE & bla bla bla.. I was happy... but the sad thing is I already got Hyatt... So of course I reject.. but I decided to reject the next day cos I dun wan to leave a bad name in Shangri La... must congrat to my 6 classmates as they also got into Shangri La.. They are Yucheng, Gavin, Evon, Charlyn, Christina, Meisi... one last name I dun bother type cos rite now I hate her sooooo much tat even the whole class dun like her... tat fat SOTONG who is selfish & always ask stupid question

Friday 16/5/08 - Back to sch for production the next day... The moment Sotong step into production room, she told everyone she got into Shangri La.. seriously.. no one likes her in the class... the day when all of us in Shangri La share info of tis hotel.. she told ST she dunno anything and nv find info about it... but when my friend & her got into the interview room.. she bla bla bla bla bla a lot... everyone is quite mad tat she got into Shangri La... cos she said she will nv apply in hotel for attachment as hotel life is very stress & she cannot take stress one.. then wat for she apply Shangri La.. Haha

3 thing tat make me piss off the the entire day...

Mr HxxxT come into production room in the morning... she immediately told him laugh tat she got into Shangri La & drag my name in too.. Mr HxxxT come & talk to me wat is my decision Hyatt or Shangri La.. I told him my choice.. He reply I am wise in my decision.

Sotong told some of my friends in production tat she does not wan to go Shangri La with DAVE.. and tat is me... cos working with DAVE make her look stupid as DAVE is very competitive in evrything he do... PLS LA.. U DUN ONLY LOOK STUPID WORKING WITH ME BUT WITH EVERYONE... HAHAHA... AND I AM NOT COMPETITIVE. I TAKE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING I DO... DUN WAN GO SHANGRI LA THEN TURN DOWN THE OFFER LA.. GIVE OTHER PPL A CHANCE. I BET U CANNOT SURVIVE INSIDE.

End of day.. Sotong told chef she wun be coming on sat cos she signing contract.. then she told chef me wun be coming also... WTF... dunno She is so kpo... I nv said anything for the entire day... then she come asking me am I going to sign tmr.. I scolded her straight in the face.. TIS IS MY OWN DECISION, CAN U PLS DUN BE A KPO... then she said sorry to me and walk away.. I really feel like slapping her face tat day

Sat 17/5/08 - meet galfriend for dinner at AMK Botak Jones... it is super nice.. eat till I wan to puke cos the portion serve is very big... after dinner I send her home... going to vivo on sun for movie & shopping... weeeeeeee...

Yes... finally received a call from Grand Hyatt. I got selected.. will be signing the contract once it is ready from the Human Resource.. So happy rite now... Thanks to my Dearest & all my friends who wished me gd luck yesterday & today...

Back from interview... now waiting for news.. The Chef will call me by tmr and tell me whether I will get the contract anot... Bless me... Good Luck

Oh ya.. The chef told me tat another competition coming up in June.. which is the competition I joined 2 years ago... California Raisin Baking Contest.. He hope to see me inside .. but I told me during tat time I will be in outlet training... very hard for me to go for tis competition... I really wish to go again... It is fun and can see a lot of things... hope the outlet chef can let me join if he receive the news from the school...

These 2 days in production while waiting for bread to ferment, I use left over dough to do some animals.. got Pigs, Crab & Sotong... a bit bo liao.. but fun...

Tmr will be having interview at Grand Hyatt Hotel... received a call from the hotel chef yesterday... I nv though tat they reply me so fast cos I just send my resume on sat afternoon... feel so happy after the call.. good luck to me.. I ready wan to go Grand Hyatt... Gan Ba Tei...

Today sat... 6th day in production... yesterday stay in sch till 8.40pm just to bake a stupid strawberry cheesecake.. cos got somebody do wrong order.. Customer ordered strawberry cheesecake.. he do plain cheesecake... so everything have to start all over again... and everyone stay back to help except Auntie.. she said just 1 cake only no need so many ppl.. then she took her bag and went home... the rest of us is like -_-... why she not steady one and help clearing... next time she make any mistakes confirm all of us wun stay and help...

So today early morning I have to finish doing the design before the customer come and collect... before hand already ask Mellisa to do Pigs & Meisi for the wording.. so chef Tan asked me to finish the design... And somemore I like designing...

Seriously I dun like production... maybe of some ppl in my grp I think who wan to do everything when instruction passed down very first day tat everyone will do 2 weeks bread & 2 weeks cake & pastry.. some idiot just dun understand english.. still say out loud tat today she wan do bread.. tmr she wan do cake.. everyone is like -_-" untill the SFT tell her straight in the face in front of everybody saying "NO"... HAHAHA...

BTW... yesterday got Intership Recruitment Fair... I chosed Marriott, Shangri-La & Conrad as only a few hotels come for tis fair... Hmmm.. I have ownself send my resume to Grand Hyatt as tis is the hotel I wan to get in most.. if not Marriott is my 2nd choice follow by Shangri-La... Good luck to me.. hope to hear news from them.. MISS ROSETTE SOOOO MUCH.... Culinary, Services, Chefs...
