Sec 1 Camp

Its a long time since I ever update... The Sec 1 camp have already been over for a few days... and yesterday most the sec 4 and some of the Instructors had gone for the overall debrief... Sec 3 were sitted in but wat I see is some of them especially guys are not even listening... to them... they only think tat it is not their problem... nevermind... After August they will know tat kind of taste... It have been years ever since I said out a lot of things for tis camp... History repeated itself & new things happened... tis make me even wan to have even more careful planning with the Instructors for tis coming batch of new NCOs as I know wat kind of standard they have & even every batch... never think too highly of every batch... even ur own batch...

Those sec 4 who nv sit in for tis debrief... dunno is it with any stupid reasons... cos they cannot even know how their squadmates feel during tat time... and if those sec 4 who sit in change after tis... those who did not sit in will somehow get them into problem again one day as they still have about 5 more months to go... hope my prediction dun come true

*Mark - You are not at fault... I can see tat with my own eyes... being IC ... u have to be firm with ur own decision if u think it is rite... others can give suggestion... but still FIRM is the word... even those ppl are ur squadmates or so call best friends
