10 more days to ORD... next Tuesday will be starting sch at habourfront... starting my journey as Pastry Chef Trainee... My 1st choice is to work in hotel after finish course... if not working in Breadtalk and Delifrance also not bad... haha.. dreaming of opening a bakery shop if I have the money in future.. LOLz

Black Belt Grading is on the 8th July... hope can pass with flying colors
