Ok ok.. I know my blog rotting... 10q for reminding me..LOLz.. so I start update now..

Taken 2 days off from work & I went back sch for helping out in open house and also enrolement for new intake student.. total number of ppl in my class went back to help is 10.. They are Meisi, melisa, Khom Kam, Katina, Fenia, Brigid, Aisha, Sharon, Yip Fen & Me... Khom Kam asked me to ask the rest but I know no one will willing to go back.. so in the end only ask Brigid... the rest of the ppl confirm answer is either "DUN WAN" or "NOT FREE" cos everyone wanted to enjoy thier hoilday... so no point waste my sms.. Well learn alot during is 2 days.. new receipes from chef and also learning how to produce product fast.. Tis open house need to do lot and lot of cookies.. and not just only hundred pieces.. but thousands & thousands.. not only cookies and also cakes as well.. oh.. we also build a new gingerbread house for tis event for display... will upload them once I receive the photo..

All of us been going sch as early as 7am and went home late at 8pm.. when i reach home.. it is already 10pm.. settle down everytime 11pm++.. the moment I lie on the bed.. I ZZZ and nv wake up till next morning... tiring but enjoyable

My role for the open house is to demo and explain with Khom Kam how to make Cakes for the VIP, Parents & new students.. some of them ask us question.. and luckily we know how to answer them... It is very tiring cos we duno just demo 1 time or 2 but quite a number of them cos there are morning and afternoon session tat day...

Well.. today is christmas.. so Merry Merry Merry Christmas everyone ho ho ho... spent the time with sweet this 2 days... happy... working again tmr...
