Buffet Time.. Tea break Today go sch for morning session only.. cos I was invited to attend a Seminar & Demonstration at Grand Hyatt Hotel... The demo is really gd.. and I got new recipes.. so happy.. and during tea break time all got the chance to taste the items... believe me.. it is really nice... and u get to see a lot of star chef and things there... hope everytime got the chance to go tis kind of seminar... after the demo ended... I went to borders to buy some book... finally the Pastry & baking volume 3 issue 4 is out... I waited for 2 months for tis book... got to keep me busy reading tonite...
