ATC 2005

Hmm... attended Area 7 ATC 2005... Saw some TOs there chatting with them... Mr Mustafa of Serangoon Sec School OC saw me and asked when did I finish NS... I told him June 2006... He asked if I interested to go his unit as HO after I ORD... I immediately agreed to it... So I gave him my contact number and he gave me his... So during tis period of time when I am free.. I will go over to help out and also understand how the unit function... Weihao on tat day said to me.. "Welcome to the family"... LOLz... I enjoy working with weihao they all as we have tat kind of bonding ever since we know one another when we are cadets in ATC 1997 and NDP 1997 in National Stadium... all of us in tat group during ATC 1997 have become CIs... Weihao, Latiff, Guorong, Me.. etc...

I decided not to go back to previous unit anymore... Backstabbing & Bias is famous in the unit... I do understand how the cadets feel when they wrote something in their blog when I read it.. When I saw 1 of them whose name is HH... who wrote all the sad things in his blog... I wonder.. wat did it actually happened... wat make him need to write tat... I know tat his attidute is sometimes a bit bad in his way... like to make noise like saying "sai gang" but... in the end.. he still will get things done... his effort should be paid off if a promotion day come... but he did not promote... A HI who is driven out by Holy... and me too.. who suffer the same fate... went out for coffee one day.. when He told me tat HH did not promote... and those with attidute worst than HH got promoted... just becos they did something great for some camp or oversea activity... The HI told me.. if he is still around.. he will defintely fight for HH to promote as all the years.. Logistic Ppl will get promoted to SSG if recommanded as he always fight for them during meeting... He gave me some names of example... Pong Joo & Gang...

Well... I dun care anyone who read tis get angry or not happy with me... I also dun care wat they write in their blog about me... The truth is... I was backstabbed by some IDIOTs... Cos when everytime I sort of advise them in their work.. they only think I stopping them... so they get rid of me... Now the unit is theirs and they are free to do wat they like...

**Dear cadets... I know some of u all... ask me to come back whether in msn or email telling me wat happen... but.. very sorry tat I give up in tis unit... I have change my contact number due to some reason.. I will only give ppl tat I trust... Take care and all the best in running the unit when u are NCOs next time in future... remember... basic discipline & turn out is important even though U are CIs in future**
